Fitness fanatic Gemma Atkinson puts coordination to the test with Boxbollen

Boxbollen is where a soft ball is tethered to an elastic string and attached to an adjustable headband. Players place the headband on their head and ‘box’ the ball with their bare hands. It’s a test of concentration, coordination and a fun way to engage family and friends in some activity and competition.

Linked to the associated free Boxball app, players can pair their phones, TV or other devices and take part in community challenges, track their performance, enjoy different game modes and even enter cash-prize competitions.

For her part in the campaign, Gemma was filmed in her living room, playing the game and giving her followers insight into how it works. She explained how it doubles as a workout without having to leave your home, and of course sparks some harmless competition among family-members.

With 1.8million followers on Instagram, a well-known celebrity in her own right and always gaining engagement on her posts, she proved a successful partner for Boxbollen for this campaign.
