For their annual Colleague of the Year Awards, B&M wanted a host who could bring warmth, humour and star power to an important internal moment. This event is all about recognising the dedication, passion and hard work of their nationwide team, and the client wanted the evening to feel special, uplifting and genuinely entertaining.
We sourced the brilliant Jason Manford to host the ceremony and perform a bespoke stand-up comedy set tailored to the room. Known for his sharp wit, joyful storytelling and natural connection with live audiences, Jason was the perfect choice to guide colleagues through the awards and keep the atmosphere high throughout.
