We recently had the pleasure of sourcing none other than British singer songwriter, Sam Ryder for a performance as part of Jet2’s Family Getaway competition.
Low cost airline and package holiday company Jet2 regularly run competitions and giveaways and the ‘Family Getaway’ was the latest one. It saw them give 25 families the chance to win an all-expenses paid seven-night holiday to Mallorca at an all-inclusive resort. Taking place over the May half-term it included three-days of hosted activities, pool games, entertainment and a gala dinner with a surprise celebrity act. The act in question being Sam Ryder.
The global sensation rocketed to fame when he represented the United Kingdom at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest where he and his song ‘Space Man’ came second – scoring the nation their best place since 1998! Since then he’s released a number of singles and remained a prominent part of the music industry gaining over 4.4 million followers on Instagram too.
During Jet2’s Family Getaway, Sam delighted the 25 families with a live performance of some of his best-loved songs and closed out what was a memorable trip and another successful competition for the brand.
